Tapeless's clinically proven Short Pant dressing holder is designed by a plastic and reconstructive surgeon to hold any primary dressing in place without the need for tape, adhesives, elastic netting, elastic wraps or rolls of gauze. It is a versatile dressing holder that will secure wound dressings in a difficult area for problems ranging from pressure ulcers to draining cysts. Provides easy application by slipping through the legs and closing along each side of the hip. It is adjustable, washable, reusable, easy to apply and very cost effective.

Step 1
Clean wound as instructed by physician and place dressing on wound.

Place adhesive side of round Velcoin® on the back of the primary wound dressing. The wound dressing will attach to the holder where the Velcoin® touches the material.

Place the narrow portion of the dressing holder between the legs so that one panel slips over the buttocks on one side and over the lower abdomen on the other side with the remaining flap.

Sequentially fasten the Velcro® tabs up one side, then the other. Adjust as necessary.

CAUTION: May impair the circulation if too tight. To replace wound dressing, repeat steps 1-4. If soiled, hand wash holder in warm soapy water and air dry.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Material will not fray or unravel should cutting be required to fit patient’s needs. Hook fastener may be attached anywhere on the fabric.
