Tapeless’s clinically proven Knee Dressing Holder is designed by a plastic and reconstructive surgeon to hold any primary dressing in place without the need for tape, adhesives, elastic netting, elastic wraps or rolls of gauze. It is adjustable, washable, reusable, easy to apply and very cost effective. It is anatomically designed to properly contour the knee, so it stays in place while being comfortable and flexible. This new dressing holder for the knee resists slippage from movement or bending. The unique design secures single or multiple wound dressings at the knee while permitting motion and easy access to the injury / incision.

Step 1
Clean the wound as instructed, place the primary wound dressing on the wound and then place the adhesive side of the enclosed Velcoin® on the back of the wound dressing.

Place the TAPEless holder so that the small window sits over the kneecap. The Velcoin® will attach the wound dressing to the TAPEless holder.

Secure the TAPEless knee dressing holder so that the upper most white tab is fastened above the knee and the second, below the knee in the back.

Continue fastening the tabs down the leg until all are secured. Then fold the material at the top with the black tab back onto itself and secure comfortably.

CAUTION: May impair the circulation if too tight. To replace wound dressing, repeat steps 1-4. If soiled, hand wash holder in warm soapy water and air dry.
Begin to secure the TAPEless knee dressing holder above the knee and then proceed on downward.
With the small opening over the kneecap and the flaps all secured above and below the kneecap, the dressing holder will remain comfortably in place.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Material will not fray or unravel should cutting be required to fit patient’s needs. Hook fastener may be attached anywhere on the fabric.
