Tapeless’s clinically proven Head Dressing Holder is designed by a plastic and reconstructive surgeon to hold any primary dressing in place without the need for tape, adhesives, elastic netting, elastic wraps or rolls of gauze. It is adjustable, washable, reusable, easy to apply and very cost effective. It is anatomically designed to easily fit an individual’s head. The ease of use and comfortable design make this dressing versatile for single/multiple wounds on the head at the same time. It is widely used for traumatic wounds and lacerations as well as for pressure sores on infants and the elderly.

Step 1
Clean wound as instructed by physician and place wound dressing on wound.

Place adhesive side of round Velcoin® on the back of the wound dressing.
Step

Place the TAPEless holder over the wound dressing. The Velcoin will attach the wound dressing to the TAPEless holder.

Comfortably secure the TAPEless holder flaps under the chin.

CAUTION: May impair the circulation if too tight. To replace wound dressing, repeat steps 1-4. If soiled, hand wash holder in warm soapy water and air dry.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Material will not fray or unravel should cutting be required to fit patient’s needs. Hook fastener may be attached anywhere on the fabric.
