TAPEless’s clinically proven Finger/Great Toe Dressing Holder is designed by a plastic and reconstructive surgeon to hold any primary dressing in place without the need for tape, adhesives, elastic netting, elastic wraps or rolls of gauze. It is adjustable, washable, reusable, easy to apply and very cost effective. It is anatomically designed to fit on the finger allowing the joint to move while being worn. This minimizes stiffness and constriction. It is an ideal dressing holder for burns, abrasions or large soft tissue injuries. Since it breathes, it will avoid skin maceration and makes it ideal for use with multiple finger injuries.

Step 1
Clean wound as instructed by physician and place wound dressing on wound.

Place adhesive side of round Velcoin® on the back of the wound dressing.

Place the TAPEless holder over the wound dressing. The Velcoin will attach the wound dressing to the TAPEless holder.

Comfortably secure the TAPEless holder flaps around the finger/toe in opposite directions. Readjust as necessary.

CAUTION: May impair the circulation if too tight.

To replace wound dressing, repeat steps 1-4. If soiled, hand wash holder in warm soapy water and air dry.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Material will not fray or unravel should cutting be required to fit patient’s needs. Hook fastener may be attached anywhere on the fabric.
