TAPEless’s clinically proven Arm Dressing Holder is designed by a plastic and reconstructive surgeon to hold any primary dressing in place without the need for tape, adhesives, elastic netting, elastic wraps or rolls of gauze. These washable wound dressings are easy to adjust, apply, remove and are also reusable, making it very cost effective. It is anatomically designed to contour to the arm so that it stays in place while being comfortable and non-constrictive. This dressing holder is ideal for the elderly and diabetic patient, especially for skin tears or open wounds.

Step 1

Clean wound as instructed by physician and place wound dressing on wound.

Step 2

Place adhesive side of round Velcoin® on the back of the wound dressing.

Step 3

Place the TAPEless holder on the arm with the opening over the wound dressing. The Velcoin will attach the wound dressing to the TAPEless holder.

Step 4

Comfortably secure the TAPEless holder flaps around arm. Readjust as necessary.

Step 5

CAUTION: May impair the circulation if too tight. To replace wound dressing, repeat steps 1-4. If soiled, hand wash holder in warm soapy water and air dry.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Material will not fray or unravel should cutting be required to fit patients needs. Hook fastener may be attached anywhere on the fabric.
